The new Radisys CEQM57XT that operates over -25-70C extended temperature range with the Intel® Core™ i7 and i5 processors and the Mobile Intel® QM57 Express chipset is getting a lot of buzz from design engineers. The durability of the Radisys extended temperature range products is becoming well known and they are being designed in to standard embedded applications as well as the well known mil/aero, transportation and industrial applications such as ruggedized computers/tablets, unmanned vehicles/robots, in-vehicle computers, transportation controllers and ticketing.

The reason Radisys has an edge on durability? Our extended temperature products are designed to be rugged via the Radisys proprietary HALT/HASS procedure during the development phase – enabling weaknesses to be eliminated early in the design phase.

Radisys embraces the concept and execution of maximizing design margin via HALT/HASS is critical to successfully producing reliable, extended temperature products – and as a result, Radisys extended temp products exceed expectations.
